An intimate women only evening dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting with the body and exploring the ritual of herbal yoni steaming.
Yoni steaming is a traditional inspired practice of sitting over gently rising herbal steam, allowing warmth and aromatic moisture to surround the vulva and pelvic area. Here, we approach it as a ritual of self care, embodied connection and feminine devotion, rather than something the body needs in order to be “fixed.”
Guided by Felicia, we’ll begin together over tea and explore the herbs, traditions and intentions behind the practice. Then we slow everything down.
Wrapped in robes, each woman settles into her own steaming space.
Sit. Soften. Breathe. Listen. Receive.
The evening includes a botanical blend prepared by Felicia, guided steaming and embodied practices, sensory exploration, reflection, conversation and connection with other women, followed by a grounding closing ritual. Herbal tea and fresh fruit will be served throughout.
Your yoni doesn’t need to be fixed to deserve care.
PLEASE NOTE:
Yoni steaming is not suitable during pregnancy, menstruation, an active vaginal infection, or unexplained intimate pain, irritation or discomfort. If you are unsure whether steaming is appropriate for you, please contact Hannah or Felicia before attending.
